I recently contacted service because the plastic connection piece between two sections of my Philips SpeedPro Max cordless vacuum broke. However, after the repair, a new problem started: whenever I attach the vacuum head, the device automatically powers on, even without pressing the power button. Despite running, the vacuum doesn’t suction at all—the motor spins, but nothing happens.
It seems like the vacuum is spinning uselessly, and the issue is only getting worse over time. I’ve also discovered that many other users are facing similar problems, which leads me to believe this may be a common design or quality flaw.
I respectfully request urgent support. This vacuum is clearly not functioning as it should, and the number of reported issues suggests a broader problem. Please help resolve this before the situation deteriorates further.
