Personality.co withdrew money from my card without notice, how can I dispute it?

If Personality.co took money from your card without your permission or clear notice, you should contact your bank or card issuer right away to report the charge as unauthorized and ask them to open a dispute or chargeback.

If you don't agree with the charge, you can tell your bank within about 60 days of it showing on your statement. They will look into it, possibly refunding your money and contacting the seller while they do so.

At the same time, try to show Personality.co support that you didn't agree to regular billing and ask for both a cancellation and a refund.

Some customers have said that subscriptions charge them without warning and that the billing practices are hard to understand.

If the company doesn't reply or refuses to give you your money back, you could file a complaint on Xolvie to try to get things sorted out.
