On December 15, I paid by card on the Personality.co website from my Kaspi bank card in Kazakhstan for a test that cost about 2 dollars. At that time, I was not clearly informed that any additional or larger charges would be taken from my account.
However, on December 25 at 7:19 PM, 14,995 KZT was debited from my Kaspi account by Personality.co without my clear consent or understanding of what this amount was for. I did not knowingly subscribe to any paid plan for this amount and did not receive a transparent explanation on the site about such a charge.
On the same day, I sent a complaint by email to Personality.co and I am currently waiting for a response. I request a full refund of 14,995 KZT and, if any subscription or recurring payment has been activated on my account, I ask for it to be completely cancelled. I also request a clear explanation of why this charge was made without my explicit agreement.
