Personality.co Charged Me $31 Without Consent After a Personality Test
About three months ago, I took the 16-personality test on Personality.co and paid approximately $2 in order to view my results. However, on October 30, 2025, an additional charge of $31 was taken from my Papara account without my knowledge or consent. I never requested any subscription, and there is no subscription or automatic payment instruction visible in my Papara account.
As soon as I noticed this charge, I contacted Personality.co customer service by email, but I have not received any response so far. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue. I am requesting a full refund of the unauthorized $31 charge.
I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
