Personality.co Unauthorized Payment
On 10/09/2026 at 20:21:17, a payment of 386.38 MAD was made via Apple Pay to PERSONALITY.CO without my authorization. I became aware of this situation through a notification from my bank/Apple Pay showing that the transaction had been successfully completed. In addition to this, I later noticed another unauthorized transaction of 39.95 USD made via personality.co on my bank card, even though I did not approve or knowingly initiate any such payment and I have no purchase or business relationship corresponding to this charge either. I did not authorize either of these transactions, and I am a victim of unauthorized payments. I request that both the 386.38 MAD Apple Pay charge and the 39.95 USD card payment be fully refunded as soon as possible and that any linked account, subscription or payment authorization associated with my information be checked and, if necessary, cancelled to prevent a recurrence. I kindly ask you to urgently review these unauthorized transactions and inform me in writing of the result of your investigation and the refund process.
