Refund Request From Personality.co

On 6 June 2026, an amount of RM159 was charged to my RHB Bank card via Apple Pay by personality.co for a depression test, even though I did not purchase this service or authorize any such transaction. After noticing this unauthorized charge, I contacted RHB Bank, and they informed me that the transaction was shown as approved. I then reached out to personality.co by email regarding this issue. Instead of addressing the fact that I did not authorize this payment, they only told me to cancel my subscription, which does not resolve the unauthorized charge that has already been taken from my account. I request that the RM159 charged without my consent be fully refunded as soon as possible and that any related subscription or recurring payments be permanently cancelled so that no further unauthorized charges occur.
