On August 16, 2024, my Pegasus flight PFVUP3 from Esenboğa to Sabiha Gökçen, originally scheduled for 21:00, was first delayed to 23:00. In response, I changed my booking to another Pegasus flight on the same day, scheduled for 21:35 from Esenboğa to Sabiha Gökçen. Later, they moved the 21:35 flight to 23:00 and then moved the original 21:00 flight back to 21:00. When I requested to switch my ticket back to the 21:00 flight, I was told there were no seats available, and the change was not made.
No information about potential delays or changes was provided during ticket sales, and there was no communication until 2 hours before the flight. They left 180 passengers frustrated and inconvenienced. When I called Pegasus Customer Service to file a complaint, it took me 20 minutes to get through. I filed a complaint, but when I called again to update it, my call was abruptly disconnected by the representative, Ms. M****, and I couldn’t continue the conversation. I tried to find a responsible Pegasus staff member at Esenboğa Airport, but no one was available.
Thank you for such terrible service. I will initiate legal action and do everything in my power to hold Pegasus accountable in court for inconveniencing so many people twice in a row. This is a company that does not protect customer rights.
