Pegasus Canceled My Flight and Caused Me a ₺20000 Loss Without Compensation

In October or November 2023, I bought a ticket from Pegasus with the date September 5, 2024 and flight number PC406 for a departure at 22:40 from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport to Abu Dhabi and a return ticket on September 15. When I bought these tickets, there were daily flights from Sabiha Gökçen to Abu Dhabi and approximately 2 months before the flight, my flight was canceled without any excuse and made up an excuse saying it was an operational reason. I had booked a flight to Istanbul from Adana from a different company and bought my ticket. In addition, since I had arranged accommodation and car rental from Abu Dhabi long in advance, I had to cancel all of them and re-book them and additionally, I had to arrange hotel-car rental and a new flight from Adana to Sabiha Gökçen and this caused me a loss and extras of approximately 20 thousand liras. Although I discussed this issue with Pegasus, they did not care at all and got out of the situation by saying it was not their responsibility. I am complaining about this situation to Pegasus. I will also apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee for all invoices, reservations and tickets. I want immediate compensation for the damage I have suffered. Pegasus is not a reliable company. Definitely do not choose it.
