Sugo App Registration Not Working on Realme C63

I am using a Realme C63 mobile phone, and I have been experiencing a registration problem with the Sugo app for about 2 months. The app does not allow me to register, and it shows abnormal behaviour during the registration process, so I cannot use it properly. During this period, I tried to resolve the issue by contacting the Sugo app customer service, but I have not received any response so far. This situation is very frustrating because I cannot benefit from the services of the app due to a problem that I cannot solve on my own. I request that my registration problem in the Sugo app be examined and fixed as soon as possible so that I can register and use the application normally on my Realme C63 device.
