Navi Wallet Deposit Not Credited After Successful UPI Payment

On 1 March, I made a deposit of 600 to my Navi wallet via UPI. The transaction shows as successful with the reference number 20260301175739586540055171891200, but the amount has still not been credited to my Navi wallet balance, and my related bonus appears to be locked. Since the money has been debited from my side and the wallet has not been funded, I am unable to use these funds as intended. I kindly request that this transaction be urgently checked, my 600 be credited to my Navi wallet or refunded back to the original source, and that my locked bonus be restored/activated as per the campaign conditions.
