Fake Reservations and No-Shows Causing Billing Issues on Booking.com

I am a Booking.com partner managing the property Powers** Home Stay Hampi, and I am facing serious issues with fake bookings and no‑show reservations that have resulted in an incorrect invoice for my property. These problems have been occurring for the last two months, specifically in December and January. During this period, our property received multiple fake reservations and guests who did not show up, but these bookings still appear on our account and have affected the invoice and records. Because of these fake and no‑show bookings, the invoice issued to us is not correct and does not reflect the real stays at our property. I have already sent an email to Booking.com Partner Support regarding these issues, but I have not received any reply so far. This lack of response is causing difficulties in managing our accounts properly and creating confusion in our records as a partner. I request that all fake bookings and no‑show reservations for December and January be reviewed, deleted where necessary, and cleared from our account, and that the invoice and all related information be updated correctly. I also expect a clear written response and confirmation once the corrections have been made. In addition, I kindly request that a customer care representative contact me directly by phone to discuss this payment and invoice issue in detail and provide a clear resolution.
