Pegasus Customer Grievance - Denied Ticket Postponement After Staff Confirmation
I arrived at Gaziantep Airport on September 28th for my scheduled flight. Approximately one hour before departure, I visited the Pegasus sales office to inquire about the possibility of postponing my ticket to the following morning. The authorized personnel confirmed that this option was available, stating that I could make the change by simply paying the fare difference. I confirmed this information multiple times and received the same assurance, prompting me to cancel my existing check-in. However, when I attempted to purchase the new ticket, I was informed that the promised option was unavailable. I believe Pegasus provided false and misleading information which directly led to my loss. Despite lodging a formal complaint, no action has been taken, and I have received no follow-up communication. Consequently, I was forced to repurchase a new ticket using funds I could barely afford. For the past three weeks, I have only been told that the incident is under investigation and that camera footage will be reviewed, yet there has been zero progress. I have encountered a company that shows a blatant disregard for its customers and employs personnel who are clearly incompetent. I demand that Pegasus compensate me for all losses incurred and rectify this grievance immediately. Never fly with Pegasus. Their lack of customer care is appalling.
