Pegasus Airlines' 3.5-Hour Flight Delay Leaves Passengers Hungry
During my Paris to Istanbul flight with Pegasus Airlines, we experienced an infuriating 3.5-hour delay. According to passenger rights, they promised: "breakfast or a meal depending on the time of day." However, our flight, scheduled for 17:25, didn't take off until 21:00. Pegasus's idea of an in-flight meal consisted of a sad piece of cake and a small fruit juice. I couldn't help but wonder, when exactly do they think it's mealtime? While Pegasus may offer budget-friendly tickets, I believe the level of service they provide at this price point is outrageously overpriced. This experience left me dissatisfied, not just with the delay but also with the inadequate meal provided.
