Cheap Ticket, Expensive Experience! An “Unforgettable” Pegasus Journey

My Pegasus flight from Adana to Istanbul was scheduled for 5:30 AM, and the problems started right at check-in. They have “great” systems like online boarding passes and baggage drop, but no one uses them—and not a single staff member bothers to say, “You can do it over here.” With some simple guidance, both passengers and staff would have a much easier time. As for organization? Sadly, it’s non-existent. Then came the delay... A 2.5-hour delay for a domestic flight—unbelievable! But the real issue was how poorly the delay was handled. They said food would be provided, and what we got was a slightly evolved pastry and iced tea—for breakfast! Pegasus, did you think our stomachs were steel pots? No one said, “We’re three hours late, let’s at least feed people properly.” They claimed a 2.5-hour delay, but it actually lasted over 3 hours. We thought at least the food would be handed out quickly—nope. Just two staff members for a line stretching meters. Honestly, adding two more people wouldn’t have thrown the world off balance, Pegasus. And the final blow: I bought a cheap ticket, but my luggage exceeded the limit, so I had to pay extra. So much for the “cheap ticket” myth. I hadn’t flown in a while, and Pegasus gave me an unforgettable “first flight” experience. Thank you, Pegasus—you’ve officially joined my list of brands I’ll never choose again.
