Pegasus Airlines Delayed My Flight and Provided No Food or Assistance

My latest Pegasus Airlines journey really irritates me. Originally set at 17:05, my flight was held off until 18:32. Three hours early, I got at the airport, and with the delay I wasted five hours overall.

Later on, the jet failed to land—a safety precaution I can appreciate. Still, the cabin crew was impolite and unresponsive. They not only showed little regard for the passengers but also did not provide any food or even one bottle of water. Though there was no food or help given for passengers, I had another five-hour trip ahead from Adana after at last landing.

This whole lack of responsibility from Pegasus Airlines has made me hungry for hours. I want responsibility, pay for the lost hours, good service, and passenger care taken lacking. Pegasus, this is unacceptable; right now, correct this!
