Pegasus Airlines Delayed My Flight and Kept Us in the Air for Hours Without Water

Because of Pegasus Airlines' lack of accountability and inadequate service, I am quite annoyed with them. Originally set at 17:05, my flight was one hour late. Not enough, the jet kept circling in the air for another two to three hours after we declared we were ready to land.

We were not given food or even a single glass of water over this whole period. When they did land, there was still no food given, thereby leaving travellers hungry and worn out. This delay also required me to spend extra 7.5 hours from Adana to Şanlıurfa.

Pegasus Airlines; I demand responsibility! You left people without explanation stranded, thirsty, and hungry. This degree of carelessness is unacceptable; right now, address this!
