Pegasus Airlines Brussels - Istanbul Flight Delay

On July 15, 2024, for Pegasus flight PC 924 from Brussels to Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen at 5:30 PM, my son, spouse, and I arrived at the airport about four hours early. We received a message stating the flight was delayed by 90 minutes and that a meal would be offered. Later, they started distributing meal vouchers worth 7 euros. While waiting in line, we were told, along with the last 4-5 people like us, that there were no more vouchers. We waited, hoping they would bring more, but they said they ran out. I am currently on the plane, and it's 8:15 PM, and the flight still hasn't taken off. It's now 2 hours and 45 minutes delayed, and we still haven't departed. We feel very inconvenienced by this situation, and the way Pegasus handled the voucher distribution was truly disappointing.
