I placed an order on Pazarama for a size 39 pair of shoes, but they sent me size 37 instead. Around the same time, I ordered an XXL fleece jacket, yet they sent me a size M. How can so many mistakes happen at once? It's frustrating to constantly deal with wrong orders and return processes. Every time this happens, I have to waste time and energy going back and forth to the courier service, not to mention the fuel cost.
I contacted Pazarama’s customer service regarding the incorrect shoe size, and their so-called solution was to return the item first, wait for the seller to reject it, and only then receive the correct size. I followed their process, yet three days have passed since the seller received the return, and my replacement order hasn’t been processed. Why does this have to be such a slow and exhausting experience?
They also promised a customer satisfaction coupon, which I never received. I had planned to wear these shoes for a New Year's trip, but thanks to their incompetence, my plans are ruined. This experience has completely shattered my trust in Pazarama, and I will never shop here again. If every order leads to problems and endless customer service battles, what's the point? Avoid Pazarama unless you want endless frustration!
