I ordered these amazing shoes and instead, I received a completely different item! So I returned them back to the company over a month ago and still haven't received my refund. it's been a whole month and they still haven't bothered to check the returned item in their warehouse! can't even believe the level of customer support they give... It's seriously unheard of! When I make a purchase, I always expect to receive the exact product I ordered. And if I have to return something, I want to be sure that I get a prompt refund. this company is seriously lacking in responsibility and professionalism!
