WhatsApp Onyxly App Withdrawal Not Received in Nagad Account

I have been using the Onyxly income application, which is connected to WhatsApp, to earn money by completing tasks. On March 11, 2026, at around 11:16, I requested a withdrawal of approximately 268.24 to my Nagad account in Bangladesh.

However, after submitting the withdrawal request, the money has not been credited to my Nagad account. I selected Nagad as the withdrawal method and waited for the payment, but the 268.24 balance has still not been paid.

I also contacted Onyxly support, but my issue has not been resolved and I have not received my money. I request that the pending amount of 268.24 be immediately transferred to my Nagad account and that my withdrawal be processed without any further delay.
