Pazarama Order Return Complaint
Unfortunately, I made a mistake when shopping on the Pazarama website. The item I ordered on April 30, 2024, arrived in my district on May 6, 2024. I informed the courier that I did not wish to accept the delivery and would return it. In other words, I did not accept the thing and returned it instead. However, a business called Pazarama erroneously marked the undelivered merchandise as delivered. Later, they called me, created a request, and began the return procedure after considerable effort. They gave me a return code as if I'd received, opened, and returned the merchandise using a different courier company. Furthermore, while the item was already with Aras Cargo, they instructed me to send it through Sürat Kargo. The seller declined this request on May 8, 2024. I demand that Pazarama, the negligent firm that has not to reimburse my money, immediately deposit the sum for the undelivered item. I am no longer concerned about any process after May 6. The agent claims "you will wait," but I demand an instant refund of my money. Furthermore, I will not shop at Pazarama again.
