I purchased a dinnerware set through the Madame Coco online application, and it was delivered to me on March 2, 2026. However, when I opened the package, I discovered that the product was broken.
Receiving a damaged product that I had already paid for caused me significant inconvenience and frustration.
Despite repeatedly trying to contact customer service through both the app and other support channels, I have not been able to reach anyone or explain my issue. Even though my order number is 3165457052513982, I have not received any response regarding this matter.
For the broken dinnerware set that was delivered to me, I request that either the entire set be replaced with a new, undamaged product at no additional cost, or that the missing and broken pieces be provided so the set can be completed.
I kindly ask that this issue be investigated and resolved as quickly as possible, and that my inconvenience be addressed.
