Skechers: A Regretful Experience of Neglecting Customer Value
I'm disappointed with Skechers. I'm disappointed that they won't accept my return for a product I've had for just one week. Do you not want to know why? Unfortunately, I purchased a pair of shoes and, disappointingly, the very next day, I received another pair in size 36.5 to try on, only to discover that they didn't fit my foot shape. I've been a customer for seven years, and it's incredibly disappointing. Skechers is far from being a company that values its end customers. It's just a disappointment. Not only do they fail to value their customers, but they also disappointingly disregard their feedback.
