Trendyol Sent Me the Wrong Shoes and Refuses to Resolve the Issue




I ordered a product from Trendyol, but the wrong item was sent, and the seller is refusing the return without communicating. When I tried to get support from Trendyol, my account was suspended, leaving me with no way to resolve the issue. Despite notifying Trendyol about receiving the incorrect item, I am being treated unfairly. I had requested pink shoes in size 36, but I received gray shoes in size 41. This mistake has caused unnecessary stress, as I urgently needed the correct product. Even though the product is the same but differs in color and size, they are refusing to accept it. I have been dealing with this absurd situation for 21 days, and my patience is running out.
