Asics Sent the Wrong Shoe Size – No Proper Resolution and Extra Cost
I ordered a pair of Asics shoes in size 44.5 from their official website, but they sent me a size 42 instead! This was clearly their mistake, so I contacted customer service to ask for a solution. They told me to return the shoes, provide the tracking number, and they would issue a gift voucher. I followed their instructions exactly, but when I called again, they changed their response, saying they needed to inspect the product first before offering any resolution. Their inconsistent and unprofessional approach has caused unnecessary hassle and delays. Meanwhile, since the shoes sold out quickly, I had no choice but to reorder them at a ₺500 higher price. Asics refuses to take responsibility for their own mistake and is forcing customers to pay extra due to their incompetence. I demand proper compensation for this issue!
