Parimatch Did Not Credit My ₹3,000 Deposit From Paytm UPI

I deposited ₹3,000 to my Parimatch account via UPI on March 10 at around 10:51 p.m. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account (SGHB) through the Paytm UPI app, but it was not credited to my Parimatch account, which is linked to the mobile number 93064637**.
Even though the payment was debited from my bank account, my Parimatch balance has not been updated, and I have not received any confirmation or refund.
I have already contacted the relevant parties regarding this issue, but no effective action has been taken so far.
I request that this matter be investigated urgently and that the ₹3,000 deducted from my bank account be refunded to my bank account as soon as possible.
