I purchased Fairy Platinum Plus dishwasher tablets from the Pazarama online shopping portal on 27.03.2024 (Order number: 517553628). The seller's name is Happy Center. Various courier companies deliver to my address: Aras, Yurtiçi, PTT, speed, etc. The seller, Happy Center, was using a subsidiary of Aras Cargo called Jetizz. They promptly dispatched the cargo, and I monitored its progress daily via the Cargo Tracking button. Despite my address being in Aksu, my cargo was routed to the Güzeloba branch. Upon realizing this on 01.04.2024, I immediately notified both Pazarama and the seller. Pazarama only responded on 03.04.2024, stating that Jetizz does not deliver to my region, thus the cargo will be refunded, and the money deposited back into my credit card. If my area is not serviceable, why accept and transport the cargo to my city or even to a branch just 5 km away from my house, only to return it? How can such mismanagement occur? How can the seller fail to track their own product? Furthermore, since the seller exclusively uses Jetizz, how can the product be returned via Yurtiçi Cargo? I've provided a screenshot of the return to the cargo company to clarify the situation. The item I ordered could have been urgently needed medical supplies! Since 27.03.2024, I've been without both my money and my product. What a profitable situation for them! If 10 people encounter similar issues daily and they profit from the received money, it becomes a significant income source. It's crucial to note that Happy Center operates under the same name across multiple sales channels. I urgently request the product I purchased to be delivered to me, regardless of the courier company, I can collect it from either the Lara or Güzeloba branches.

I will continue with my complaints and requests through this web page so that everyone can see them. Despite your message saying "we will gladly assist you," more than 24 hours have passed and you still haven't responded. The shipment still appears to be on the way, the date is now 07.04.2024. In short, my money has been with you for 12 days and I still don't have the product! I can't even track the shipping code of the product, which you are trying to return without my consent, and which I have paid for! Are you really sure you are doing e-commerce?

To the consumers reading my messages, I strongly advise you to stay away from pazarama.com. No one should even consider shopping there. Due to their mistakes, even if you return your products, they hold onto your money for days before refunding it. They only refunded the money for a product I ordered on 27.03.2024 and returned to the seller on 04.04.2024 on 15.04.2024. 11 days! You can imagine the rest.
