Hepsiburada Canceled My Order After False Delivery Attempt and Increased the Price

I placed an order from Hepsiburada website with order number 486 583 060 4 on 07.10.2024. On October 9, at 11 am, I received a message saying that Hepsijet cargo will deliver the product within 4 hours, it was 18.30, the product was not delivered, the courier called me, I could not fit the product into the vehicle, I can deliver it tomorrow. He even asked me if I could log in saying I couldn't reach him at the address, but he said I would deliver it tomorrow. I said it would be fine, no problem. At 21:30 in the evening, I received an e-mail saying that your money refund has been made. I called customer services and at 21:00 in the evening, the address was entered as not reachable again. Therefore, the product was canceled and this is completely misleading. It's the same name and I'm looking at the same product right now. The price has gone up. They've found another way to victimize people. Shame on me. I'll close my Hepsiburada account and I won't shop again.
