I purchased clothing items from Pazarama’s website, and the seller, Altınyıldız Classic, assigned Sendeo as the shipping company. Despite my address being correctly registered, Sendeo marked the shipment as "undelivered" on December 2, 3, 4, and 5, 2024, according to the "Where Is My Cargo" tracking system, even though the courier never came to my address. On December 5, 2024, the package was left at Çeşme Koçtaş-FIX without informing me. An employee from there called me at 1:12 PM, saying the Sendeo courier dropped off the package, saying "Mr. M*** complained about us" before leaving. This behavior is unacceptable, especially since the courier was instructed to deliver it directly to my address. The courier’s name appears as O*** in the tracking system. As of December 6, 2024, at 3:04 PM, I have neither seen nor received the package. On December 4, 2024, a representative from Sendeo called me from 4447548, and I clearly stated that I would not accept the delivery. Despite this, the package was still sent out but never delivered to me. I have repeatedly asserted my right to return the items and requested clarification from a responsible official, but no response has been given. Your customer service team has failed to resolve the issue. Once again, I did not receive the package. Please process the refund promptly.
