Pazarama Marked My D-Smart Digital Code Order as Delivered Without Sending It

On July 9, 2025, I purchased a D-Smart digital code through the Pazarama app. Digital products are expected to be delivered quickly, but I waited four full days without receiving any code. During this time, the order status remained “Preparing.” Then, on the fourth day, the system suddenly marked the order as “Delivered”—even though nothing had been sent to me.
I immediately contacted Pazarama customer service and explained that I had not received the code. I also informed them that I would purchase the product elsewhere and requested a refund. The representative assured me that, since the code hadn’t been sent, a refund could be processed and the seller would be notified. Trusting this, I closed the matter.
However, on July 18, while I was still waiting for the refund, I received a late email with the digital code and noticed that the order was once again marked as “Delivered.” My refund request was completely disregarded. I had acted transparently, made my refund request well before receiving the code, and clearly stated my intent to purchase from another seller.
This experience has been extremely disappointing and misleading. I am filing a complaint against both the seller and the Pazarama platform due to the following:
Falsely marking an undelivered product as “delivered”
Providing false assurance that a refund would be processed
Sending the product only after I initiated a return
Ignoring my consumer rights and attempting to void my refund
Consumers deserve transparency and fair treatment when purchasing digital products. I respectfully request that the relevant authorities investigate this situation and ensure that my refund is issued and that platforms like Pazarama do not exploit customers in similar ways.
