Hello. The documents I uploaded to Payoneer were sufficient to validate my identification card, but it took 19 days for my bank records to be reviewed. They estimated three business days for the turnaround time. I tried reaching out to them via e-mail, website chat, and Twitter during this time, and each time they promised to respond as soon as possible. On December 23, I received an e-mail informing me that the document I submitted on December 5 and which has been undergoing approval has been rejected. The document I presented was allegedly illegible or corrupted, but I sent you the exact same one that I received from the bank. To what extent does the file's inaccessibility stem from? I just turned in a service certificate and am crossing my fingers that the 20-day wait is all it takes. Because of this, I am unable to perform my duties and must therefore withdraw all available funds. Having to use Payoneer is making me very unhappy. I really need your assistance with this.
