I Can’t Access Payoneer Receiving Accounts Since March 14—Still Under Review

I’m a Payoneer user (Customer ID: 93675109) and my receiving accounts have been under review since March 14, 2025. The system continues to show “Receiving accounts survey under review”, and I have submitted all the requested documents completely and correctly.

It’s been well over a week, and I haven’t received any updates or approvals. This delay is seriously affecting my business. I have important work to get done, but I can’t move forward because I’m unable to use my account as intended.

This level of delay is unacceptable for a platform like Payoneer that markets itself as a reliable tool for professionals. I demand that my documents be reviewed and approved immediately, and that my receiving accounts be reactivated without further delay.
