I Submitted My Payoneer Address Verification But Never Got a Response or Update

I’m incredibly frustrated with Payoneer’s verification process. I first submitted my verification on May 6, and it was rejected. On May 7, I uploaded a valid address verification document, expecting a prompt response as the system usually replies within a few hours—either approved or rejected. But this time, I received absolutely nothing.

Even worse, the “Verify Address” button has now disappeared from my account, and my submission doesn’t even show up as “under review” in the Verification Center. It’s like my application vanished into thin air. I haven’t received a single email or update about my status.

I also reached out to Payoneer’s support team hoping for clarification, but I only got vague, unhelpful replies. This is incredibly upsetting, especially since I rely on Payoneer to receive work-related payments. Not knowing whether my account is being reviewed or ignored puts my finances at risk and leaves me feeling powerless.
