Furthermore, many online platforms, such as Parimatch, have active social media profiles (X, Facebook, etc.), thus publicly expressing your concern can result in a faster response.

I am very sad to say this. Parimatch has had very, very bad service for the last two months. Last month, I deposited 2600, but it has still not been added to my game account. I created a ticket, but there was no use. Please, no one use this app in India. Not only me, but many other people are facing the same issue. Please, Parimatch CEO, check this and clear all the problems.

My Parimatch deposit issue has not been resolved. Whenever I create a ticket, they mark it as solved, but the money is still not credited. I am completely upset.

Parimatch has become much worse recently. After withdrawing funds, fraudulent amounts are being sent to my account, causing it to be frozen by the cyber team. I have faced this issue twice, and it makes me feel unsafe using this platform. On both occasions, the amounts I legitimately won—₨4,000 and ₨15,000—were frozen and then deducted from my account balance. This has caused me significant frustration and concern, as I have done nothing wrong. I expect a secure and reliable gaming experience, but instead I am repeatedly dealing with account freezes and the loss of my winnings. I would like Parimatch to investigate these incidents, explain why this happened, and restore the funds that were deducted from my account.

I have deposited 5000 and 2500 but deposit not credited to my account and I have created ticket but they are not responding. I need to talk to them.
