Parimatch ₹3,000 UPI Deposit Missing Despite Successful Payment and No Refund

I had an issue with a deposit I made to the betting platform Parimatch and I would like to clearly record what happened. On 5 September 2026 I sent a payment of 3,000 INR via UPI from the account of Ravala N*** to Sharda D***. The UPI transaction was successfully completed and I have the confirmation screenshot showing that the payment went through. Despite this, the amount has not been credited to my Parimatch balance and I have not received any information or refund. I contacted Parimatch customer support regarding this missing 3,000 INR deposit, but I have not received any response from them so far. There has been no explanation, no solution and no sign of my money being returned. I request that this situation be investigated, that my successful payment be matched to my account, and that either the 3,000 INR be credited to my Parimatch balance or refunded back to my original payment method without further delay.
