My Money Not Received

On 16 July 2026 I requested a withdrawal of 9,000 INR from the betting site chs123.com (Parimatch) via UPI payout to my HDFC bank account, which is linked to my Paytm UPI ID. The withdrawal is shown on the site as a 9,000 INR “UPI Payout” on 16 July, but the money has not reached my HDFC bank account at all. From 16 July until 20 July I have been continuously trying to contact Parimatch customer support through all available channels. I have already shared my bank statement and screenshots of the transaction, but I have not received any real help and the amount is still missing. I request that the situation be investigated urgently, that the 9,000 INR be either credited to my HDFC bank account or the failed transaction be clearly explained, and that I be informed in writing about the result.
