Parimatch Did Not Credit My 15,000 INR Paytm Payment

On 05/10/2026 I made a payment of 15,000 INR through Paytm to “Bhupen pan shop” for adding balance to my Parimatch account. The Paytm transaction was successful and the amount was debited from my Paytm account, but it was never added to my Parimatch wallet. Because of this, I have lost access to 15,000 INR that I paid in good faith for my Parimatch balance. I am sharing the Paytm payment confirmation as proof that the payment was completed on my side. I request that my missing 15,000 INR be immediately credited to my Parimatch wallet or refunded back to my original payment method as soon as possible.
