Parimatch UPI Deposit Not Credited, Refund Still Not Processed

I am writing about an unresolved issue I have experienced with Parimatch while using it as an online betting platform from India. Between 27 June and 1 July 2026, I deposited a total amount of 3,300 via UPI. The money was debited from my side but has still not been credited to my Parimatch account. Following this, I contacted Parimatch customer support multiple times. Instead of providing a clear explanation or a concrete solution, they kept responding with vague apologies and have been dragging the matter without any real progress or resolution. Due to this situation, I have been left without access to the 3,300 I deposited. I request that the total amount of 3,300 be refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible, and that a clear explanation be provided as to why the deposit was not credited in the first place.
