Withdrawal Not Credited In Bank Account

I have an account on the betting site Parimatch and requested a withdrawal of 4,595 INR to my savings account at State Bank of India. In my Parimatch account, the withdrawal status has been shown as “successful” since 21 June 2026, but as of today the money has still not been credited to my bank account. Since noticing that the funds did not arrive, I have repeatedly contacted Parimatch customer support. Each time, I receive the same generic response that my money has been “sent for processing” and that I should wait, but no concrete date, reference number, or proof of transfer is provided, and the amount has still not reached my State Bank of India savings account. I request that this missing 4,595 INR be traced urgently and either credited to my State Bank of India savings account without any further delay or, if there has been any error or rejection, that I be given a clear written explanation and proof of what happened to this transaction. I expect a prompt and transparent resolution of this issue.
