Parimatch Fails to Credit Bank Deposit or Provide Customer Service Resolution
On 26 August 2026 at around 2:20 PM, I deposited 1,000 INR into my Parimatch account via PhonePe from my Kalyan Janta Sahakari Bank account. The money was successfully debited from my bank, but it was never reflected in my Parimatch wallet. A day or two later, the Parimatch application began showing that my deposit had failed. Due to network issues, I attempted to deposit the same amount three times. In two of these attempts the transaction failed on my side and no money was deducted, but in the one attempt where 1,000 INR was actually debited from my bank account, Parimatch still marked all three attempts as failed. During these deposits, the QR codes and UPI IDs provided by Parimatch kept changing and appeared to be normal merchant accounts, with no Parimatch or related company name visible in the UPI ID or QR code, which seriously reduced my trust in the payment process. Despite the fact that 1,000 INR was debited from my Kalyan Janta Sahakari Bank account through PhonePe, the amount has not been credited to my Parimatch wallet nor refunded to my bank. I contacted Parimatch live support about this issue and was told that a ticket had been raised, but I did not receive any further response or solution. When I tried to follow up again via live chat, the system repeatedly showed “log in to chat” even though I was already logged in, effectively blocking my access to support. My primary expectation is a full refund of the 1,000 INR back to my original Kalyan Janta Sahakari Bank source account, as I no longer trust Parimatch due to this experience and the lack of proper communication. Only if Parimatch properly resolves this issue, guarantees that there will be no such problems or unresponsiveness in future withdrawals or deposits, and clearly identifies its payment channels would I consider accepting the amount as a credit to my Parimatch wallet. My clear priority is a direct refund to my bank account.
