Parimatch Deposit Not Credited or Refunded After Three Days

My name is Mangal Irengbam and I have an account on Parimatch. I deposited 1700 rupees into my Parimatch account on the 2nd of this month. They stated that the amount would be credited within three business days. However, instead of crediting the money, they declined the deposit, even though the 1700 rupees were deducted from my bank account. Since then, I have been waiting for three days and the money has still not been returned or credited to my Parimatch balance. I tried to contact Parimatch support, but they are now not responding to my messages and I have not received any explanation or solution. I feel victimized because my money has been taken but I have received nothing in return. I request that my 1700 rupees either be immediately credited to my Parimatch account as originally promised or fully refunded back to my bank account without any further delay.
