Parimatch Winning Bet Marked as Loss – Payout Not Credited

I have been using the Parimatch betting platform and recently experienced what I believe to be a fraudulent handling and settlement of my bet. During the first One Day International cricket match between India and England, I placed a bet of 15,000 INR. On the “My Bets” screen this bet clearly appears as “Winner” and the potential payout is shown as 31,500 INR. Despite this, once the match was over, my bet was not settled on the platform. I immediately contacted the Parimatch support team and informed them about the issue. They replied that due to a technical problem, the bet had not been settled. Despite this explanation, nothing was corrected in a timely manner. Then, after India lost the third One Day International match, my original winning bet from the first ODI was suddenly settled incorrectly as a loss. This outcome is completely inconsistent with the result and with what is shown on the “My Bets” screen. I have attached screenshots showing my account, the winning status of the bet, the stake of 15,000 INR and the 31,500 INR potential payout. Because of this situation, I have been deprived of the 31,500 INR that should have been paid out to me for a winning bet. This is already the second suspicious or fraudulent incident I have faced on Parimatch within the last ten days, which has completely destroyed my trust in this platform. For this reason, I am also preparing to file a complaint for cyber fraud with the relevant authorities. I request that the entire betting history for these matches be reviewed, that the incorrect settlement be cancelled, that my bet be treated as the clear winner shown in the screenshots, and that the 31,500 INR payout be credited to my account without delay. I also expect a clear written explanation of how such “technical issues” are handled and what measures will be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future.
