Parimatch Deposit Debited From Bank But Not Credited To Game Account

On 16 August 2026, I made a deposit of ₹21,000 to my Parimatch account (Player ID: 161086***) using Google Pay. The amount was successfully debited from my bank via Google Pay, and the transaction shows as completed with a valid UTR/transaction ID, but the money has not been credited to my Parimatch account. After I noticed that the deposit was missing, I contacted Parimatch customer support through the website chat. They asked me to share the transaction details, which I did, including the proof of payment. However, after sending all the requested information, I received no further response for hours, and when I returned to the chat, it was already closed. There is no alternative way provided to contact Parimatch, such as email or phone, which leaves me without any proper support channel despite having clear proof of a successful transaction. I request that my ₹21,000 deposit from 16 August 2026 be immediately credited to my Parimatch account as per the original transaction. I also expect a clear explanation for this delay and for Parimatch to provide a reliable and responsive support channel so that such issues do not occur again.
