Refund My Money To My Bank Account

I used the Parimatch mobile app and on 21 July 2026 I deposited ₹50,000 through the payment page. The transaction appears as successful in my bank and on the payment confirmation screen, but the amount was never credited to my Parimatch account and has not been refunded back to my bank either. Right after noticing the issue, I created a support ticket through the Parimatch app. It has now been around 15 days and there has been no meaningful response or solution. My money is stuck in between, even though the payment to the beneficiary shown in the confirmation (“Begaram J***”) was completed from my side. I request that my ₹50,000 either be immediately credited to my Parimatch account as intended, or fully refunded to my bank account without any further delay, and that a clear explanation be provided as to why this deposit was not processed correctly and why my earlier ticket was ignored.
