Parimatch ₹30,089 Deposit Missing for 10 Months

On 13 November 2025 I made a payment of 30,089 rupees for a deposit to my Parimatch account. The transaction was successfully completed on my side, and I have a digital payment receipt showing that the amount was paid to VZORA INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED on that date. Despite this, Parimatch keeps claiming that my transaction was not successful. I am a Bandhan Bank customer and my Bandhan Bank account statement clearly shows this successful transaction. I have already shared all the necessary payment proof with Parimatch, including the transaction ID, screenshots and my official Bandhan Bank statement three different times, but they still have not resolved the issue. More than 10 months have passed and neither has the amount been credited to my Parimatch account nor have they refunded my money. I request that my payment of 30,089 rupees from 13 November 2025 be either immediately credited to my Parimatch account or fully refunded back to my bank account without any further delay.
