Prima Pampers Club Turkiye is the Worst
Pampers (Prima) Club in Turkey has proven to be one of the worst Pampers clubs worldwide. Unlike other countries where a QR code scan is used, the Turkish Pampers Club requires sales slips and invoices to earn points. The system is painfully slow, possibly due to a shortage of staff to coordinate and verify the invoices for points. This approach is highly susceptible to fraudulent activities, yet they show no sign of altering the system. My recent grievance involves waiting for two weeks to earn points from my last purchase. They asked for my credit card receipt for an online transaction, and despite submitting my e-invoice, I'm still waiting. While I've requested my points to be added to my account, the bigger issue lies in their reluctance to adopt a barcode scanning system that other countries utilize. It's time for a change.
