Withdrawal Request Not Showing To Me

I have an account on Parimatch and on 1 July I requested a withdrawal of 100,000 INR to my bank account. However, the withdrawal request is not visible to me in the system and the amount has not been paid. After I contacted support, they asked me to send several documents, including my Aadhaar card, a selfie holding the ID in my hand, and my bank statement. I provided the documents they requested, but after that they stopped responding and my withdrawal request is still not appearing or being processed. Later they claimed there were multiple accounts, but they did not clearly explain this or show any proof, and they have not resolved my issue. I want my account to be reviewed fairly, my documents to be checked properly, and my 100,000 INR withdrawal to be processed and paid to my bank account as soon as possible, or I want a clear written explanation with evidence if they refuse the payment.
