Samsung Corded Vacuum Lost Suction, No Warranty Service Available
I bought two Samsung corded vacuum cleaners from Hepsiburada.com in Turkey, one approximately 2.5 years ago and the other about 1.5 years ago for use in two different flats. After around one and a half years of use, both devices stopped absorbing dust properly and now they do not vacuum at all. On the older vacuum I initially had a similar issue, which was temporarily resolved after cleaning the filters, but cleaning the filters no longer helps for either device. My main expectation is that Samsung takes responsibility for these products and either repairs them free of charge, replaces them with properly functioning devices, or refunds the purchase amounts. One of the vacuum cleaners is still within the warranty period and I have the relevant warranty documents and receipts. I contacted Samsung service in İzmir, but I was told that they do not deal with vacuum cleaners. When I called the Samsung call center, they gave me another service number; however, that service also stated that they do not handle vacuum cleaners. As a result, I have been left without any support or clear direction on where to send these products for repair. I find it unacceptable that a global brand like Samsung sells these devices but does not provide proper after-sales service, especially while one device is still under warranty. I would also like to emphasize that just because these vacuum cleaners are cheaper than other Samsung products, this does not give the company the right to avoid providing warranty service. This attitude is not acceptable, and I am very disappointed with both Samsung’s products and its customer service. I request that Samsung urgently arrange an authorized service in İzmir or provide a clear, workable solution so that my vacuum cleaners can be repaired, replaced, or refunded without further delay.
