About three weeks ago, I purchased a tracksuit from the Oysho website for $130. Even though I have only worn it once or twice and washed it just twice, the fabric has already developed significant pilling throughout the garment. I did not expect a product from a premium-priced brand to deteriorate this quickly, and I am extremely disappointed with its quality.

To document the issue, I emailed photos of the tracksuit to customer service. However, I was told that my email could not be accepted and that they were unable to assist me through that channel. I also do not believe it is reasonable to attribute this problem to customer misuse, as the tracksuit has only been worn and washed under normal conditions.

Because of this obvious quality defect, I request that Oysho accept the return of the tracksuit and issue a full refund of the $130 I paid. I also ask that the product be inspected for potential manufacturing or material defects.
