Dyson Stock Issues, Payment Hassles, & Unresponsive Customer Service

I'm not sure if this happens globally, but here in Turkey, Dyson seems to have serious stock issues and customer satisfaction problems. When I tried to buy a product, they wouldn't accept a credit card payment and insisted on a bank transfer. Additionally, they finished their stock before processing my transaction.
The agent I spoke with checked their system and promised to get back to me, but never did. When I checked the stock again the next day, everything was out of stock! I called back, but the agent was "busy" and unavailable.
This is incredibly frustrating! Why is it so difficult to purchase a product I clearly wanted and even placed an order for?
